A WORD ABOUT COLOR...

The Hawk Eye is a color video cam, as with any camera the brightness and intensity of the color depends upon the amount of light reaching the camera.

The size of the birdhouse entrance, whether the house is made of light or dark wood, and brightness of the sun all influence color intensity. Color inside birdhouses is generally muted. Full color capability is achieved when the Hawk Eye is used outside, around birdbaths, feeders, etc..

INFRARED NIGHT VISION

Six miniature infrared lights on the Hawk Eye cam bathe the birdhouse or outside area in invisible light, allowing a day and night viewing. Infrared light does not disturb birds.

WATCH FROM HUNDREDS OF FEET AWAY

The Hawk Eye Cam comes hard wired with 100' of cable. For viewing beyond that distance, 100' extensions are available. Great for duck houses down by the pond.

The sensitive microphone of the Hawk Eye Nature Cam lets birders, hear what's going on inside as well as outside the birdhouse.
